Real. Strong. Women at UNC- Greensboro

Letter from our president!
Hi! My name is Hannah Ginn and I am the current president for the Zeta Xi chapter of Alpha Chi Omega. I’m so ecstatic that you are interested in going Greek and finding your home! Please let me share some of my story and experience with going Greek. I joined Alpha Chi Omega in Spring 2021 as a sophomore. I was more than timid about signing up for recruitment. I kept going back and forth on if I should or not, and on the last day I signed up, and I can confidently say that decision has changed my life for the better. I knew Alpha Chi Omega was going to be my home by the genuine conversations I had with the girls. I automatically felt safe, understood, inspired, and that they saw the endless potential I couldn’t see in myself yet. Looking back a year later, my sisters have continued those feelings in me. My time at UNCG has only be enhanced by going Greek. I have met girls that will be my future bridesmaids, girls that have supported me when I’ve needed it most, and helped me achieve my goals. You build a bond that you cannot find anywhere else. From our events that raise money for domestic violence awareness, to movie nights on the hall, getting coffee, study dates, and countless sisterhood events that make us closer. The women of Alpha Chi Omega are some of the strongest women I know and they truly live up to being real strong women. Through our dedication, passion, and love we have made amazing impacts on each other and our philanthropic community. My biggest advice to you is, jump out of your comfort zone and do what scares you. Choose to go Greek and learn about the beautiful women in these chapters. The women of Alpha Chi Omega are so excited to meet you and show you why we love our chapter so deeply. Congratulations, you’re about to change your life for the better:)
Love,
Hannah Ginn
Chapter President
