Our Philanthropy

As an Alpha Chi, we pride ourselves in service, humility, and giving back to our community. We value making a difference on national level, as well as finding ways to assist our local Greensboro area. Our AXΩ national philanthropy, the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation, raises funds to promote domestic violence awareness. Through volunteering at local women's shelter, the Clara House, and collecting items to benefit women and children living in the surrounding area. Alpha Chi Omega helps to shine a light on a problem that is often covered in secrecy.
In addition to this, our sisters are involved in a number of additional philanthropic organizations. For every sister of the Zeta Xi Chapter we ask for each sister to have a total of seven service hours. Four of those to be Philanthropy hours and three of those to be Community hours. We hold several Philanthropy events throughout the academic school year. Our most popular are: Rawk Sit, Mr. Alpha Chi, and Pizza Pie with Alpha Chi. All the money we raise during these events go to the Clara House in Greensboro.
